I need to promote my location with various artists and artistic events … what is your organization? We take care of everything: project design, selection of artists and works, setting up and dismantling, media press, transport and customs practices. For info click here.

I would like an event with special effects, performances and musicians but I’m not sure which artist I want to exhibit, can anyone help me? On our website are just some of the artists we working with. Tell us about your location and the type of product you want to promote, further details about the type of entertainment you want, the available budget, place and time of the event, approximate number of participants. We will find the right solution for your requirements. We will make for you a quote with no obligation to book. Are you giving us directions to create your show on measure.

How can I make a booking? Select the artist you want from the list of artists and send us an online request or contact us by phone. We discuss with your requests and we will contact the artist directly to confirm his/her availability for the specific event. When you are completely sure of your choice we will submit you a contract whose object is requested. You will pay the rate of booking as smaller amount, its about 20% of the total tarif as a deposit. This deposit can be paid directly to the current account by bank transfer. The final balance, in most cases, will be made two months before the day of the event.

I’m not convinced  to book online an artist who I do not know, can you give me the guarantees and reassure about this performance? Totally we understand the concerns arising from the booking of an artist that you’ve never met. However there are very good reasons why you should not worry:
– You have us as a reference. See our history and reference portfolio. You contact us and we contact artists, , without having to do everything by yourself and incur risks. We work for you, and to ensure the quality of performance of our artists. To do that we conduct a meticulous selection and we continue to monitor our artists on their way. All of our artists are art professionals and they share with us and with you our common purpose: to make our customers satisfied and their guests and provide an excellent level of performance.
– Every artist, as you can see on our website, has photos, videos, audio, and a description of  activities.

What guarantees do I booking with you? When you booking with us, we send you a contract us and with the artist, who is bound to perform at your event, timetables and conditions you have agreed. This contract ensures all parties.

What happens if the artist cancels his show? If the artist can not perform due to illness or major forces, we will inform you to find an alternative solution sibling, service and price.

What happens if I need to postpone or cancel the show? In the event cancellation only you lose the deposit paid, with the exception of the occurrence of an event of force majeure. Will be at the discretion of the artist require a cancellation fee.

I can see one artist show before booking? In many cases it is not possible because we work together with international artists who are always very busy, but certainly there will be occasions when you will be notified in real time. Our artists have already agreed dates and many are booked very quickly, so if you find an artist you like you may want to base your decision on the information, and on the demo video that we provide you.

Can I point to the artists who will perform works or models? Many artists prefer to feel free to create, but if you need special projects for your business or for your collection, feel free to contact us. We will seek for you the best solutions for small and large scale projects.

What do I need to provide to the artist and what should I do to ensure the optimal performance of the show? If you ask for a performance, we need a dressing room .. The presence of a place comfortably to prepare and file their own things and equipment is appreciated by the artist. You must also make sure that the place where the exhibition will run there are all necessary conditions have been carried out all the necessary checks / procedures to ensure the safety of the participants and the optimal event execution.

What’s different about your organization than other agencies that I can find online? First of all we are not an agency, and this distinguishes us. We are of the associated professionals artists in co-working in accordance with the events to be realized. How do you select the artists and ensured the quality of their performance? With many of our artists  we have started a twenty-year collaboration. The youngest are carefully selected based on their CV and artistic repertoires. In many cases personally we witness live performances to evaluate the artist’s entertainment capabilities. Whether they are granted all the necessary qualities to become our collaborator and insert the artist in our database and we keep monitored the subsequent feedback to his performances.

I saw live performances by one of your artist, what risks I encounter to booking him/them without your advice and support?
1) By booking directly an artist does not have effective guarantees should anything go wrong. The greatest risk is that if the artist gets a best deal on the same date of your event he could remove your booking and your event could be compromised. We guarantee instead of doing everything necessary to ensure this does not happen!
2) An artist booking is not directly reply to reference and is not monitored in terms of quality of  execution. We will instead guarantee the quality of the performance of our artists, the quality of sounds, lights, works, etc.  In addition, we will be present during their live performance.
3) What happens if you pay the deposit to an artist you’ve booked you directly without contact us, and the artist does not show up to the event, or disappears or erases data without give you back the amount you have paid? With us this cannot happen! We do everything possible to replace the artist of your choice of any incident, and in case you are not convinced of the alternative that we offer reimbourse entirely of your deposit!

I want to buy some works for my corporate/company’s collection … tell me the benefits  I entrust you to your choice? A collection of contemporary art is the right choice to promote  corporate’s image. We have a database of Italian and international artists from the 70s to today. Many of them are successful professionals, whose works are collected in prestigious museum’s collections. Alongside the historical names, we also have a careful selection of emerging talents, whose works have lower or affordable costs. In addition to selecting the best artists for your collection, we deal with temporary installations (eg. What guarantee do I have on the works? Each work will be delivered along with all the accompanying documents: In addition to the authentic and any filings, publications and Curriculum Vitae updated on the artist, the PPLG will also release an additional certificate on letterhead Warranty.
